One Body is a multinational company focused on helping you change your lifestyle and lose weight while gaining health. We have brought together a team of experienced professionals who direct and manage the weight loss programmes  we are offering you – Low-Carb High-Fat, Slow-Carb High-Fat, Paleo and Personalised. Our retreat centre is located in the natural wonder of Serbian mountain Tara, a state-protected nature reserve of breathtaking beauty. One Body weight loss centre was founded with a view to enabling the time-poor professional to restore health with expert support, while fulfilling the need to see the world.

Obesity and excessive weight are primarily health problems and that is how we approach them. The fast pace of the global world we live in often leaves us out of balance. We work too much, stay up too late, relax too little and try to compensate for all that by over-indulging. Given the sedentary nature of most professions, all these habits combined can escalate into serious health issues. At that point, the vast majority is left without the knowledge how to introduce a lifestyle change that addresses their health and aesthetic needs and the challenges of everyday routine.
